Of course, thereby we understand only basic operations by means of which we perform formatting and polishing of sheets.
For a higher (professional) processing level, special and particular tools are needed. Please contact us for their use and maintenance.
Beside mechanical, thermal processing is also possible.
Thermal processing means heating the sheets to 140 – 174 ºC and their plastic formation with the aid of presses, vacuum machines or other hand made tools and moulds.
The sheets are being heated by means of thermal chambers (for complex forms) or line heaters for simpler, angle bending.
Maintenance of acrylic sheets is not too demanding. Possible stains may be cleaned with a cotton cloth with aid of some liquid detergents for cleaning of glass. Detergents with antistatic agents are recommended for better prevention of electrostatic dust attraction.
